None of that is true. Sorry it happened to you, but they aren’t going to give you a new vehicle. They might offer you a good deal on a new one, but you’re going to get a new engine and a loaner car.

ya after some thought and consideration, I figured if they were willing then maybe the engine would be the best route. I was very hesitant at first. This whole situation really got to me tbh. I am just glad they were willing to work with me.
