As a note... the Durosprings add 1" to the bump stop set up. So if you have pucks below or an extension, you will want to remove 1" after installing the Durosprings.

@Bonanza we appreciate the feedback. First, it is important to note that these are not replacements for air bumps. Different tech with different intentions.

These are improvements over stock jounces... and when fully compressed, they are about an in taller then a fully compressed stock jounce... so you should remove an inch of bump stop from your set up.

Most likely that is what you are feeling... you are reaching full compression far too early. If you continue to have issues just reach out to our team and we will help diagnose the problem and, if you still don't like them, we will happily take them back.

This is great. I do think you should edit the product info vid if this is true since you say the opposite.

With my 2 inch lift I added 2 inch bump stop spacer and my 37s don't rub any time but they are very close. If I add the MC bumpstops can I remove an inch of spacer? So the MC bumps compress down to 1 inch only.

I have them on my JK all around, the fronts are same part number as JT. The offer more resistance so they compress less than oem. The 1" is a loose comparison based on your vehicle weight and spring rates. You might haveto fine tune. I love them!! I have them on order for the JT.

But yes, you could prob loose 1" of bump stop as a starting point.

A much more cush impact, you don't push through them like oem and end up metal on metal contact. My Jk is very low for ton's and 40"s but on the street it really does ride better with the duro bumps vs the oem bumps.

Terraflex also makes a progressive bump stop.

So the MC bumpstops do not compress as much as factory. So I would have to remove some bump stop spacer? I would hope I can just expand the front spring and feed them between the coils. Spring remove is a real PITA.

The Durosprings add about an inch when fully compressed. If you have the Metalcloak Adjustable bump stops, you can remove pucks by pulling them between the coils.

You need to remove your front springs to install the bump stops, it's a lot easier in the long run.

Looks like I have a hard plastic spacer about 2 inch. The best and easy way to do it is pull the front springs. UGH!! Another project for a different day.
