I did not have to adjust the speedo. I ran the speedo against 2 different GPSs and they were still in sync even after the new wheels/tires were added.

I have no feedback for you regarding articulation with the swaybar fully released yet. Maybe someone else can provide insight.

I don't think you will see much if any downshifting in Florida. I see it mainly in KY/TN when I drive the Jeep to the lake.

If you didn't have to adjust then your mpg loss is at least partially attributable to that. If it's right on for the new tires the at 60 stock you were actually doing about 56 and when it said 80 your were doing 75.
