Midland MicroMobile or Two-way handheld?

I'm purchasing radios soon for the wife's jlur and my jt. I plan on getting Midland products, though should I get the micromobile or handhelds?

I would suggest - both! I have the micromobile in my Jeep, but also carry handhelds for spotting or if someone else needs to borrow one. The micromobiles are quite a bit more powerful.

I agree on both. Handhelds don't work all that well from inside a vehicle so the external antenna of the micromobile can greatly increase the performance over the handheld but a handheld is nice to have when outside of the vehicle.

But I might sell my MXT275 for a Wouxun KG1000g
50 watts vs 15 watts and I like the removable or relocating faceplate.
