Well, going to give the Milestar X/T's a try.
I have run a couple sets of the M/T's and really like how they do but I have come to the realization that I unfortunately spend 99% of my time on asphalt, only getting to Moab and Colorado each once a year.
So, just need to get them mounted up and see how they do. I went with 38x13.50/17's.

Got them mounted up. Think I am going to like them, as they are very quiet and smooth on the road. Trails will be in August, as I head to Colorado for some trail running.

Need to figure out how much air to run in them. Have reached out to Milestar to see if I am supposed to have full tread contact across the tire, or if they are like the M/T's and run on the crown of the tire.

Sorry, should have come back and updated sooner. So Far I am very pleased with these tires. They are wearing really well, still quite and they perform very well in the rain and snow (3"-8") experienced.
They hook up awesome in Moab and do really well in Colorado, They do claw a bit in the looser rocks of Colorado but they never did not get me through anything I went over.
I will definitely get another set when needed.

I work for an independent wholesale tire company and Milestar is one of our lines we sell. The X/T line is a great tire. You should look at their new tire the Milestar Patagonia A/T Pro. American made, 3PMS rated, and quite. I ran them on my Tacoma before trading it in for my gladiator. I have my rep sending me 5- 315/70R17 10plys that I plan on putting on as soon as I run these Nitto's down, or sell them. Milestar is improving and making some really good tires.

I wish they made the A/T Pro in a 37x12.50R17 size.
We've had a lot of people asking if Milestar was going to build anything bigger than a 35". At this time they aren't. They said that they have the X/T and the M/T-02 in those sizes. So far no plans that I've heard of.
