Missfire count using Alfa OBD

Can it be done? I can't figure it out. I believe someone has logged missfire counts using AlfaOBD, ShadowsPapa I think was the one.
I can view gauges log but I don't see misfires as an option.

With the OBDLink software I can see a misfire count for the last 10 drive cycles, so that is what it says. 3 misfires on cylinder 2 and 1 on cylinder 4. I didn't suspect anything but I was hoping to see what AlfaOBD can do.
