Mopar A Pillar Brackets

[Scenario]

I just bought a pair of Mopar Lower A-Pillar Mounting Brackets #82215427 from a Washington State dealer on eBay for $111. They had advertised the standard bracket that looks like THIS.

But what I received is the Mopar #K6862760AB which I cannot find anywhere on the web. They are stamped Mopar underneath but the instructions looks like they're in French, Russian and Arabic.

The strange thing is, I like this design better than any others I've seen, and they still look OEM. The only thing I've noticed is that the top platform seems to angle down a bit more than the hood does. Is that normal?

They both look like good options, and agree that the dee see offer more accessory mounting options. I would also think that these may provide a mount for mirrors when going doorless.

I’m not sure whether mine are newer or older. They’re dated 2019 so I suspect they’re for a different market, although made in Canada.

I’d be curious to see what others get if they order new.

I just ordered these as well and received the same ones as you did, although the inside of mine is stamped MOPAR 82215427AB also dated 2019

So apparently Mopar has some significant marketing problems. Errant photos, descriptions and instruction sheets.

This must be the new version since there are no photos available on the interwebs yet.
