Anyone having problems obtaining MOPAR black tubular side steps part #82215609? My dealer promised to have them in a week when I purchased my vehicle August 30th. Now they have been giving me excuses since then that they are on back order. I checked again and they said they "changed suppliers" so it might be another month, but they are "checking on it". They have been doing this for several weeks and promising to call me back with updates but guess what?? I keep calling them weekly and have been patient, but it is running out. Especially since I see these on MOPAR parts websites that are available.

Hi Ringmaster, what dealer did you order through? We can escalate a case for parts assistance and look into this for you. Send us a PM to get started.

Hey man just saw your post. i work for Fiat/Alfa and have access to all the chrysler/mopar stuff as well. Looks like they are on backorder. only show 11 possibly in the country. and under ETAs is says " "orders are pended until 12/31/2019. BUT it looks like there are a few trickling into some of the depots.

I appreciate that info. Since I have been waiting for these since August I would think they would be trying to get one of the 11 that are left in the country! When I asked them, they were concerned about having to pay for extra shipping. Fine customer service right there! I am hoping
Jeep Cares can give me some assist.

I was looking at these steps as well. Have you come across any pictures of them on a Gladiator? I’m assuming I’d have to remove the rock rails on the rubicon to install them?
