Gotta be it.….although it was a chick. A 60’s looking gal too. Would’ve figured her to be more mellow, not angry. Looked like she had just smoked a fatty too with how slow she was moving.

My mom is in her early 70s and she's got one of those ugly grills on her JK. It's one of the more subdued versions, but it's still ugly IMO. She tells me, it's my Jeep once she can no longer drive. I tell her, it's a good thing she has the original grill in storage.
She does the duck thing too, but atleast, she only has 3 or 4 on the dashboard a time.

I saw two full bone stock Jeeps the other day with a f'ton of ducks across the dash.

My gladiator is pretty much all modded out. From the beginning, I refused to put any mod stickers, on my rear window or wherever. All the stickers currently cover my workshop toolboxes. I have a few ducks on my dash and I can proudly say, I didn’t buy any of them.

At this point moving forward, I’m gonna put Velcro on any ducks I receive and try to find a spot on one of my toolboxes for them . If I don’t cover any stickers, I might be able to fit three or four.

My retired neighbor had told me he & his daughter absolutely love my blue Jeep.

So, last week..he texts me and says “My daughter bought her first Jeep for her 40th birthday, she’s always wanted one”…. The daughter came to visit this past weekend (I’ve never met her). So, I’m chatting with the neighbor back-n-forth trying to setup a time I can secretly duck her Jeep……

So, this morning at 6:30am when I’m out on my morning walk…..I dressed up the jeep with a bunch of ducks.

Later on, while I was working (and obviously…..after they all woke up)…. They were all so excited about the ducks! The daughter was over-the-moon, so excited and happy about being ducked for the first time!!

I gave her 8 ducks and told her she didn’t need to keep them if she didn’t want them. She can give them away to other Jeepers.

And that, my friends… is what its all about - for me anyway. Such a silly little gesture brings such smiles to folks. I enjoy give them away!
