It depends on the dealer. When I bought my first Gladiator in July 2019, it included three free oil changes as part of the Jeep Wave program, and six free oil changes paid for by the dealer.

When I got my second Gladiator, from the same dealer, it only included the two free oil changes from the Jeep Wave program.

They told me about the free oil changes. The dealer purchases a Oil Change Service Contract for you from Mopar to provide the free changes.
