I do not think halo's will be plug and play on any JT that did not come originally with the LED package.

The MOPAR LED head light accessory kit shows a separate pinned harness needing to be installed for the halos to work. It would part "A" per the attached PDF but there is no part number listing for it to order separate from the remainder of the kit. One could fabricate one but that would be a another effort.
