i may have been hasty but oh well... i ordered a sport s max tow and because i'm impatient i bought a mopar lift for a great deal (under 1200 shipped after cash back and that shipping crate is freaking cool!!! the video of fed ex delivering it is almost worth it alone)

then i read some more... my goal is mild off road, mostly on road and beaches. i want to run 38s. i am going to add the teraflex 1" spacer on top of the mopar lift. to get some extra clearance. i already planned to get rubicon fenders.

i read that to bring the axle back to center i would need a adjustable trac bars but it might not be needed because some only shift a little bit.

looking at adding the AEV relocation brackets too.

that should line everything up, right? or am i missing something?

I have the Mopar lift w/ 3/4" spacer. I put on the track bars but that was it. Didn't relocate the control arm brackets. Everything seems to be working out well. I'm still running rubi take-off 33s for now. I might also recommend upgrading the steering stabilizer. I got the fox monotube one and it was a decent upgrade to the steering feel. The pass through stabilizer is even better. Not needed but it's nice.

Install the lift, see how you like it, then go from there. With the additional 1ā€ spacer you might benefit from the correction brackets and trackbars vs just the mopar lift itself.

Im on the mopar with 1/2ā€ spacer up front and it drives really well. Better than stock. I have PLENTY of room for 37ā€™s. Iā€™m certain a 38 would fit just fine, too. Is an extra 0.5ā€ ground clearance that important? To me, no.

My description of the ride is somewhere between stock and ā€œeuro-firmā€. No more bottoming out my dieselā€™s front. Things I had to take at 20mph I can at least do 35mph.

great advice - i tend to get too far ahead of the situation.

the main reason for the 38s was because the Milestar Patagonia 38 x 13.50 x 17 is the same price as the Cooper Discoverer STT Pro 37 x 13.50 x 17.

i won't need them until mid/late may so i can shop Memorial Day Sales.

Adjustable front track bar recommended, especially if youā€™re going to 38s. Youā€™ll want extra sturdiness from aftermarket track bar. I threw on TB reinforcement bracket while I was doing it. My rear track was almost even still.

Relocation brackets - depends on use case if you wheel in rocks with ledges and drops. If not, get them. I really liked them on my JK, but I do more serious wheeling now and didnā€™t want them hanging down. Jeep drives better than stock now without them. Iā€™m sure the brackets take it up another notch in comfort/handling.

By the looks of it, I'll be getting a front adjustable trac-bar for initial install and play the rest by ear.

I need to go to a local meet-up to see some lifted gladiators up close. I'm not sure if I'll do 37s or 38s. Not a huge difference. But I do want the 13.5s for the extra width.

I ran the Mopar lift on 34's for over a year before adding anything. When I had the steering TSB done I added a front Clayton trackbar and the Synergy track bar/sector shaft brace. Well worth the money. Rear track bar and correction brackets are not necessary at all.

I'm planning on adding a 1/2-1" spacer up front along with Rubi fenders and 37's when these tires are done.

thinking... to get a little more bump on the mopar lift -

has anyone added 1.5 to the front and .75 to the rear on top of the Mopar lift?
thinking of doing this - not sure if the geometry would be too far off in the front...

since i'm not hitting big flex, i might just do 1/2" in the front and add rubicon fenders...

I'm running the 2" Mopar with 1.5" pucks in the front with 3" bump stops, RockKrawler adjustable front trackbar, Falcon 2.2 SS and Rancho drop brackets. The rear is the lift springs, bump stops and RockKrawler relocation bracket . Camber is a little higher than I would like (6.8) but it tracks absolutely straight and the ride is phenomenal. The only thing I might do is get some adjustable upper fronts to pull the camber in a little.

On my diesel with bumper and winch, I have 3.5" springs and ACOS adjustable coil spacers, set acos at 1.5" additional ride height.. I like it more and more everyday. I might be slightly nose high.
I have done geo brackets, front trackbar.. rear I did trackbar relocate thats all
