I Just picked up my new 2024 Mojave last week and 10 minutes ago shared my first introductory post in the welcome forum. But now it's time for business.

I have a line on a gently used Mopar branded soft, roll-up tonneau cover for cheap, but I'm not sure if it will fit. It is Mopar part # 68343465AG. The Mopar parts website says it'll only work for 2021 and 2022 Gladiators and it won't work on the 2024 I have. But in my experience, Mopar has been wrong before, and I'm having trouble figuring out what changed between protection years that would make something as simple as the tonneau incompatible.

In my research I have found 3 separate part #s over the years for this product. The first # is 82215617, which apparently only works on gladiators built before 7/20/2020. The 2nd number I found was 82216373AB, which is apparently the most recent, and a sure fit, but a recent thread started by Ericshere03 has highlighted a reduction in the material quality of the newest cover. Then this last # is a conundrum. At least the first version gave an explanation why it wouldn't fit later models. Anybody out there have any thoughts or insight? I was really hoping this 68343465AG cover would work with my 2024.

Thanks!

The part number on the sticker is just the fabric part. The Kit to install is accurate per your comments. Buy the 82216373AB. It’s the black twill material. I think during Covid a cheaper material snuck in there. But I purchased a 82216373AB from BAM and it was in fact the black twill.

Ok. So what you are saying is that part number on the sticker is not for the entire kit. Just for fabric itself. Correct? I'm not sure what the part number is for the entire kit. That's the only photo of a part number that the seller gave me. So unfortunately, I still don't quite know the build. Regardless, the sticker on the cover has the date 7/7/2020. So one could assume that entire top is part of the 82215617 which is only for jeeps built prior to 720/2020. Since it predates the late jeep runs.

I have the Teraflex cargo bed rail system installed. I have been looking at a tonneau cover, but I'm not sure if a tonneau cover will mount properly if I already have a bed rail system installed.

Do you guys know if one of the following bed rail systems are installed, will a tonneau cover mount correctly ?

Teraflex Uinta Cargo Bed Rail System with Tie-Down Anchors
Or a
Mopar Trail Rail Cargo Management System

Thanks !

Thanks. But does that mean it'll work with my 2024 if I order that rivnut piece (06104885AA)?

Mopar is never wrong. I just bought the Bestop soft rollup. Can't go wrong for $400.
