Mopar Soft Top: How Many Versions?

How many different versions have there been for the Mopar factory soft top?

I’ve seen mention of the rear window being tinted or not tinted, twill fabric option, and “premium” versions.

Does anyone know the history?

I’ve seen mention of the rear window being tinted or not tinted, twill fabric option, and “premium” versions.

Does anyone know the history?

There are only 3. Non-tinted base top, tinted base top and the premium twill which comes tinted.

The base tops are light gray on the bottom side, the premium twill is dark and looks more like cloth than woven/textured vinyl.

Also what’s more confusing is both part descriptions indicate:

“The Soft Top is made of either a tough, vinyl-coated cotton/poly blend or the new premium acrylic fabric providing thicker four-ply, tight, quieter ride.”

Depends on if you want the back uncovered when you have the top open.
