Think those are at least 37's ? I'm sure it wasn't me that smashed the fender.
Pershing Missile unit . The "tactical " nuclear missile designed to set up in the field where ever needed . Disbanded in the 80's under SALT i think . Not real sure and I was long gone .
One of the support vehicles , and there were a lot of them . Wish I had a good pic of the truck that towed the missile , they were huge !
Troop transport .
The survey crew . Would set up launch site coordinates all over West Germany outside of towns , in fields and forests . Those are not 37's . Ha !
One happy camper in the back of "my" 715 . Not Gladiator so I've come to learn .
Tent city . I remember we used pot belly stoves fueled by diesel for heat and cooking . The stove pipe would get clogged and choke us out ! Ha !
I hesitated to post this but what the hell . A real warrior ! I'm sure a lot of you will remember buying audio equipment at the PX for cheap. That's an Akai tape deck and Bose speakers in the background . Awesome ! Thanks for looking , it has jogged alot of memories for me . All because Gladiator !
