Just tossing this on here as I didnt see a bunch when I searched. If your looking to gain alot of departure angle without shortening your bed, I highly recommend this bumper. The only think I would say, is watch when trimming your bedside, I'm glad I left mine 3/4" long. Had I cut where they say to, I would not have liked the gap left between the bumper and bedside. Overall, construction is spot on, its super beefy and you can drop the rear down on the corners without issue.

Thanks. Yes they are built in and tied directly into the frame.

That's a cool bumper, I think I might get one, I dig it more than really bobbing my bed

This keeps all your usable bed space, but takes your departure angle as far as you can go without chopping the frame.

Just mounted one on mine last week! My fenders are lower than the bumper though...
Did you cut them down? Or, I guess "up" in this case

yes, I trimmed my flares to fit the profile of the new bumper. Approximately, 3" or so. My flares are split as well so I dont have the factory inners.

I have some KBD Urethane fenders coming in a couple of days, will have to see how I can trim them.
Yours looks way better with them trimmed up. I will though, have to go back and trim the body in front of the bumper. I left it alone for now, as I have some Fishbone Elite fenders on there, but planning to sell them. I have a mix-n-match on there now with those Fishbones in the rear, and Smittybilt in the front. I want to try the Urethane fenders, so if I brush something, it won't rip the body...

Those fenders I mentioned are steel, and snagging them would mean serious body damage! No re-install there... That's why I want to go back to rubber fenders. Just skittish I guess... maybe overthinking here.
