Mounting bracket help

I mounted my recovery tracks to my front molle panel with the cheap brackets that came with them. Now I’m trying to remove them but the bolt cap (not sure if that’s the correct name) spins but won’t come off the bolt. I checked the nut on the back side and it was spinning as I was trying to loosen the cap so I secured it with pliers but it just spins and won’t come off. Two of them came right off, the other two won’t. Any ideas how to get these off?

Yeah, tried that but still can’t get it to come loose. I’m guessing the nut inside this cheap plastic cap has broke loose. Glad I’m discovering this now instead of when I needed the tracks?
