Muddy At Kansas Rocks

Kansas Rocks hosted its annual Wheeling For Toys event. The park was sticky and the crummy weather meant many stayed home. A stranger I met on the internet from out of state asked me to show him around the park, so I did. The day was excellent. Per usual, if there's any rain within a week then the park is like driving on marbles. I tried a few climbs and had a ton of close calls. I was surprised I was able to get around as well as I did considering the conditions. If you're in the midwest and are looking for a private park to explore, check out Kansas Rocks. You can spend a weekend there and hit some serious trails. Anyways, here's a highlight reel I put together.







Looking at my undercarriage, I don't know if it'll be cheaper to clean it or trade it in for a fresh JT.

That looks like alot of fun...if I was a passenger in your rig . I have gone "mudding" a few times. Two hours of trail fun followed by a day of cleaning up. The last jeep I had, I swear I was finding little globs of baked on mud in the corners and crevices of the chasis and body for years. You can really tell from your video how full the tire treads were with mud - almost looked like racing slicks. Did anyone in the group have mud terrains? Currious how you found those worked in comparison to some of the others. Thanks for sharing the video!

It can go 6 months without rain and you will still find mud at KRocks. Love the park though.
