So let me start this story by saying the dealership is Pell City Alabama mcsweeney. A week ago I saw they had a red gladiator Rubicon that was supposed to be there but when up there and was told it would be a week or so so I happened to see it online today and rushed up there. As soon as I got there I asked about a test drive and a rude ass salesman yells noooo it's for looks only. Doesn't bother to unlock the truck nothing... So I ask your selling this truck at MSRP like it says on your website right? He responds no we are going almost 5k over... And explained to me that this truck will be gone by 10pm tonight. I said wow that's pretty steep there's sweet deals in other locations for 7 to 5% under MSRP. Quickly says he don't believe me and that he would go right now to get this truck that low. Asked him if he has heard of the online Jeep gladiator forums and he said no he will have to look it up.....so ok no test drive in the gladiator so I just wanted a simple test drive in a Rubicon Jeep. They told me they were busy and needed license insurance that's cool ..then said I also had to go through a pre approval process before I could take a test drive. I know now I'll be going elsewhere. The first sticker is what was on it as soon as it came on the lot. The second one is the one they stuck on it literally 5 mins later. Worst experience ever

Wow! Sorry to hear that experience. I am experiencing a slight issue with my local dealer who I ordered my LE from. No respond after calling multiple times about the build status. Had to call concierge all the time. I just want the gladiator. No drama. Will be dropping the LE soon here. If anyone interested in LA to take over. No charge. Just trying to help.

Well, they are going to keep it for a long time, till they lower the price. The $64K Red Rubicon I test drove in North VA last week is still there collecting dust..

Any other dealership I handed them my driver's license they took a picture and off we went. I've never experienced anything like this before. After talking to the one ass hat a guy who was only there for a month finally calmed me down and said I can come in the morning and test drive a Jeep rubi without the pre approval hinted that there was too many upper management and it's there policy. I was nice to him but won't be going there ever again

Sorry for the ignorant question... but what is "ADM" as listed on the sticker?

Besides "we-wanna-charge-more"!

I bought from gadsen, the staff fell over backward to help. I did pay sticker off the truck. I would try and have dealership transfer if serious about buying. See Harrison great young salesman.

I had a poor experience like that once looking at a Porsche and Mercedes. I went to the dealership, they were rude and treated me like I was an idiot.

They bumped me from one salesman to another, both being cocky European guys.

Conversation basically was:

Salesman: Are you going to buy one today? We need to know you're buying.

Me: You haven't even shown me either vehicle yet.

Salesman: What do you want from us? What do you expect here?

Me: I expect to be shown the vehicles and allowed to test drive so that I can make my decision between the two.

Salesman: You can drive the one you choose after you buy it. Plenty of time to drive once you own it.

Me: Nice work losing a sale.

Alright honest to god who can justify paying 60k plus on a mode of transportation haha. If your gonna pay that at least don’t pay MSRP. These guys are fools. I’m speechless honestly
