Did you see my policy premium I posted in this thread? $1,018 for 6 months which works out to $169.67/month. And that is with several so-called discounts. I switched carriers and got it down to a little over $1,500/year, about what Geico quoted you. We have no fault insurance in Michigan, looks like you guys do too. Sucks big time.
I just got off the phone with Geico. I was mistaken, they jacked the Gladiator up to $158 per month. This is insanity. I will be selling this Jeep off if this keeps up. The carrying costs just aren't worth it.

Do you get a kickback for links to businesses, like this one and the mortgage link you posted?
Very generic, but links to other businesses, nothing related to Jeep in any real way.

Just got my 6 month renewal notice this morning. Went up $70 if I pay in full or $180 if I elect payments.

Insurance hikes without any claims or tickets can feel unjust. It's a good idea to shop around for better rates. Sometimes, switching providers can lead to significant savings. Keep an eye out for discounts or companies that reward good driving records. I recently used MoneyRepublic and was amazed at how quickly I could compare private health insurance and car finance deals. It's super easy to use, and I trust the providers they list. Best part? I saved money with just a click!

Oldest is 2 months from her permit - am I screwed?
Here's how my parents handled it -
I had to buy my own car (which I did about age 14)
I had to buy my own insurance for said car.
I had to pay for my own fuel (which limited my cruising and goofing off a lot)
I learned fast how to manage money and my parents didn't suffer insurance consequences of having a 16 year old (when I got my license back then) on their insurance.

Final numbers not in yet, but so far, it's looking like ours is going up 500 total for 12 months, all 4 vehicles.
I asked my agent about a 2024 JT Mojave X insurance costs - and I'm not sure what hurt more - the gall bladder pain or hearing his number for a 24 Mojave X
The gall bladder pain has been resolved..........

Our homeowners/property insurance has skyrocketed, but with the discounts we get for being in that program, our auto insurance rates have gone up only $72 since last May for the same vehicles.

I need to talk to our agent about the property rates as we've had no claims for over 40 years on our property. Not a single thing.

My parents were the same was Bill.

My son will be driving in 3 years and he will get the JLUR. But when that happens I will transfer the title into his name. I still need my lawyer to transfer the house and other vehicles into a trust so I have all my assets covered.

My son is a good kid honor roll, plays on a select soccer team......but kids do dumb shit. I told the wife since I paid for the vehicle he will get his own insurance and tags.

On another note, my renewal adjustment came through. With USAA I'm paying $357 a month for everything listed under "vehicles" with no moving violations or claims

Lmao. This is unjust for sure.
I thought you got a good driver discount because you gave them the ability to track your driving habits. I’d hate to see how much they would’ve gone up without that, I guess.

The bill came before the final numbers were all in. Like I said in a prior message, when the math is all done, it's only $72 higher than last year. That, spread out over 4 vehicles, is more acceptable.

I see that now. Saw your homeowners went way up though. Maybe they can have a program where they put cameras and decibel sensors in every room of someone’s house so they can give a discount based on no visual evidence of meth labs or risky parties.
