Mystery Connector

2021 Jeep Gladiator. I just completed a rocker arm replacement on my 3.6 Pentastar and I am all done. The only thing that I have left is this mystery connector. I have looked all around the battery tray and cannot find where this goes. The pictures shows the connector and where its lead comes out of the fire wall. Thanks.

This is underneath the negative battery posts, some sort of black box

The guys above are correct, It appears to be the Battery sensor connector

Found it. Battery monitor connection for the Start-Stop function on the Negative battery terminal.

That’s the IBS (intelligent battery sensor) I’m pretty sure it doesn’t effect the start/stop feature
