Does anybody know how you can tell passenger side from driver or does it matter with these.

Step pad should correlate with the door itself. Been a year and a half since I mounted mine but I believe they do have a mark to designate side.

Yes I figured they would have a mark didn’t see anything though, so the steps would not line up with the doors if switched?

That is correct. The step will not line up. It will be obvious once you line the steps up to the cab. I have them on my Gladiator also.

That is correct. The step will not line up. It will be obvious once you line the steps up to the cab. I have them on my Gladiator also.
So would you say this is correct?

I just went out and took a picture of my Nfab steps. Looking at the pictures the steps are in the same position relative to doors. Looks good to me!

Correct, and if I'm not mistaken, the brackets only attach on the correct side. Driver and passenger. Yours look correct.

If they are on wrong side the middle mounts won’t line up.
