Sharp looking bumper, I like it but without a towing certification I'm out being I have 4 different things to tow. I'm sure it's up to it but if something happens I'd be up s### creek with out a paddle. It's a lot more substantial than many Wrangler bumpers that are being used to tow.
I quit looking for better options for bumpers for now. I think that more stuff will be coming out for the JT's now being how well it's doing. But time for me to lay back on spending on my JT for some time. I've probably spent about $4000 in last few months.

I have a custom built dual swing out rear bumper made by SOS Offroad Concepts. I have had it for almost a year and half, I love it. JCR's panels are a bit sleeker but they took longer to develop and tweek than my custom build (based off a Tacoma bumper SOS already mass manufactures)...SOS kept all of the measurements and would customize it as needed. They are worth looking into. I started a thread on here a long time ago that has pictures.

There's another manufacturer out there that has a swing away rear bumper tire carrier, but my CRSD has kicked in and I don't remember the name.

Check my thread, there is a link to it there...not SOS, a different company. And I think my now there are actually several.

Expedition One bumper is better built than the JCR and keeps the OEM receiver hitch for towing.

OK, good for them.
There is NO JT on their website I could find. Besides a very annoying website what do you have to back up your claims?
