you gotta wonder how some of these businesses stay in business when they consistently screw things up.
Some business never pay a penalty for bad practices. Rarely is there a tipping point where their shenanigans catches up to them and if it eventually does, they just change their name, LLC or put the business under a spouse name and start over. Always another rube walking in off the street to give them money.

I bought my own steel steering box to install myself instead of trusting the dealership to do it for free. Sad but true.
I had to recenter the steering wheel afterwards myself, fun having the traction control lights coming on and the vehicle trying to recenter the steering wheel driving down the road. Now, in general I've had good experience with that dealership overall. But I prefer to work on my own, especially when a simple oil change can be a catastrophic failure by just a dumb ass thing.
