I know this is an old thread but wanted to share my experience. I set the tire size to the manufacturers published number because the factory default number for my 33s was 32.7. So I entered 34.77 for my 35s.

But like the op, at 60 on level ground no wind I don't see 8th very much anymore. When I get on the freeway tomorrow at 80 I expect I'll be in 6th most of the time. I'm not sure how those running 37s with 4.10 gearing like I have ever see anything above 5th. So far I'm glad I went with 35s not impressed with tazer mini. It seems overly complicated, poor directions, and it made my garage door buttons stop working. But did allow me to change tire size.

Here's an update from today. I was running 75-80 and seeing 8th without much issue even with a slight hill. But I checked my speed and the tire size setting I made with the Tazer did not stick because I was traveling about 4-5 MPH faster than the speedo said. Then I loaded about 500lbs of stuff into the truck (bed and cab), and I did not see 8th much at 75 MPH. And the gas mileage is about 14.5 (I normally get about 18 all around). I've tried to set the tire size with the Tazer three more times today and it will not stay. More internet reading and videos tonight. I still love the 35s but am really suspect of 37s without a regear. Maybe once I get tire size set it I'll change my mind.

I don't think measuring the height of the tire is the correct way to calculate. You need to measure the circumference. Use chalk, make a stripe on the tire, roll it back until you leave two marks. Measure the distance between the stripes on the ground. Then calculate diameter from that. Speed is based on rpm and the distance travlled as the tire rotates. Diameter doesn't mean squat. Example, air down to 10lbs, diameter will get smaller as the tire squats, but the circumference won't change (not anything measurable anyway).
The vehicle will still travel x feet per revolution regardless of air pressure (or measured diameter.)

I recently collaborated with a very cool team - https://owlab.group/. They advised me on many issues and helped me develop my own startup. If necessary, you can apply.

Need a little help.
I ordered a 2022 Sport S with max tow (4.10 gears). I put a 2” Mopar lift along with 35’s. I installed the Tazer but need advice on what size I should enter for the tires. My tires measure 33.25 tall. I’ve entered the exact size. I’ve recently gone up in size to try and get the MPH as close as possible. My main issue is the truck runs mainly in 6 or 7th gear at 60 mph and my mpg hovers around 14mpg average.
is this normal??
34.25 running 32 PSI. The MPH is correct for mine, but I still see 14.0 average MPG
