I have a Jeep Gladiator Mojave 2022 and I have had it for about 3 years now. The 1st year I put a new set of LEDS in and they worked great for a year and a half, then one day a friend riding by me told me my drivers side light oval was out so only the eye of the light was working, I replaced them with brand new oracle lights and now same problem is happening, the center eye comes on but the oval will not, whether I keep them in auto or turn them to "on" only the center will come on however occasionally the oval does come on and then it shuts off quickly or it stays on for a short period of time and goes off. I do have a laser that is the 1st thing I did even though for the first set that was working I never needed to do that- I bought it and did it for these, and it didnt work problem is continuing, its just that side and sometimes it comes on, sometimes it doesnt, in either the on or auto. Most of the time its off. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and what I can do so I can get my lights fully functioning? Jeep wont even bother with it because its aftermarket so I am kind of at a loss. If anyone has any suggestions, id love some! Thank you!

I also have led taillights and led side marker lights in the fenders, they all work great with no issues.

What did Oracle support say? Also sometimes, the TAZER settings are finicky. I would go back and look at the LED headlight setting and go through the sleep and reboot routine to make sure it is still good.

I didnt write oracle because the same problem happened prior so I didnt think it was their issue and the 1st set actually worked for over a year before this problem started so I was thinking something is malfunctioning because it turns on and then off or sometimes it the oval does come on for most of the ride and then the next time I get in its off again its really bizarre. If you think they'll have an answer I can definitely reach out.

Can you take a picture? Point out what is coming on and what isn't?

I also went from halogen to LED with Halos (different brand), with similar issues, I finally hooked my halos (and halos on my fogs) up to one of my aux switches and solved the problems. Set the switch to always be on on the radio. I you have Aux switches this is an easy work around.

Driver's side halo is out but the eye of the headlight is still working, Right? Sounds like your not getting enough current to the halo. If that is your current state, I recommend checking the headlight wiring near the bulb for any damage, shorts or whateverelse you see. I would also clean the contacts of the headlight bulb socket.
