Need nylon washers for EZ 4X4 Door Cart

Has anyone here purchased the @EZ4X4 DR Aluminum Folding Door Cart? I got mine the other day, and the 16 nylon washers were missing. I called the company, and twice they have told me that they would ship the washers out that day, and send me a tracking number. Twice I haven't received a tracking number, so I thought I'd just source the washers myself.

If anyone knows and could tell me the size of the washers, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks for your response! Shortly after you checked, I was emailed a tracking number, and I see the package moving through the system.
