Need some install help/advice for a 23 JT Mojave LCA Skids (Frame)

Need some help with an install of the rear frame MC LCA skids. Not sure what torque I should use for control arm bolt (21mm), factory bolt on frame (18mm), 3/8 7 1/2' bolts. Any other tips tricks would be great as well. Not sure if anyone has install the MC version but I assume that other have other makers LCA skids.
