Not new and you might want to have someone look at that driveshaft.
The weld isn't looking promising.

Not new, I have it on front and rear of my 2020 Overland. Yeah, that weld looks like they signed off on the trainee prematurely. I would definitely get that replaced, or done right at a drive shaft specialist. You would think that would have been welded by a robot.
