Just bought my first Gadiator,a 2023 Sport S with the max tow package. I put a 2” level kit on the front, and now I want to get rid of the stock 245/75/17, and go with Toyo AT3 on a set of Rubicon wheels. My question is fuel mileage, this is my daily driver. I am averaging 19-20 now, what can I reasonably get for mileage? Thanks!

Honestly its all on the driver, I would suspect going from stock to 35s you might see a 1-2 mpg dip. Just make sure to reprogram your tire size with either a Tazr or JSCAN

Curious myself as I mostly stay local. I just put on a 2.5 lift/level and Hankook 35s. Taking a 2500 mile trip next week, will report back on what I get.

Road trips are where I get my best mileage. Granted 60% of my driving is local/around town, then the other 40% highway

Around town your mileage will suck with the 35's.

I had a sport JKU. I just went from the 29’s to 32 (I calibrated the speedo) and went from 18/24 to a pretty consistent 19. Huge highway milage difference. Tire size makes a pretty big difference. The Sport S Gladiator isn’t the best (still great) for off road, but it seems you make up for it in gas milage and towing capacity. I took my Sport JKU everywhere off road and it was fine. Congrats. I now have a new Rubi Gladiator and can’t wait to see how it does off road.

When I look down at my MPG gauge, it says “FUCK IT, LETS RIDE”

Dealer can’t figure out the issue

1 - 1.5 MPG. 23 JT Sport Max Tow (9/2023) . Just removed the stock 245s and installed Rubicon Wheels and Tires, 285/70/17. Was 19-20-21. Now down to 16.5 and still testing with air pressure.

1MPG to 1.5 MPG. Keep em aired up. I tried low 32psi for\ the co-pilots comfort and was running 16.5 MPG. BS. Not Me. put air back in and MPG went up. Still testing.

Only doing these temp wheels and tires to buy another year before I lift again. Or if we get another buildable jeep I can keep this as the domesticated vehicle . 150K warranty.
