Hey there... After being an active member of the Chevy Colorado diesel forums the last half-dozen years, I traded it in yesterday and am now a 2023 Mojave owner. Going from a 'plush' package with the Colorado to the manual, non-turbo, non-diesel Gladiator has been a bit of a shock, but I chose those options for durability/longevity (..at least in theory) and because I now live in a high-desert/mountainous area (Spokane, WA) where the Mojave just 'fits'.
It's my first Jeep. My mods are, in priority order: Diode Dynamics Elite Plus headlights (mine came with halogen and they're horrible), window tint, steel bumpers with winch, some kind of rack and then a rack tent, 35-37 tires (mine came with 33 mudders, they just look small), and a whole lotta lights. Not really interested in jacking it up more than an inch or two or getting super-wide tires as I don't plan to rock-crawl much.
My shepherd seems to like it, I like it and we'll see how much money I don't have to spend on upgrades... Anyway, thanks pre-emptively for all the help & advice I'm going to ask for!
