Hello all,
Have been enjoying my 23 Mojave for about 3 months now (first Jeep). Recently installed a front bumper and winch. Looking to put some additional front facing lighting.
My bumper has provisions to mount two lights on it.
My question is about cooling as I live in Florida. If I put two lights (4inch?) will I be blocking too much airflow to the radiator? My winch is already blocking some.
Would I be better off with a bar light on the top? Don't really like the look of bar lights but will if I have to?
I have already installed Lisfit aux switches so I have something to hook them up to.
Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time,

This raises an interesting point that bumper manufacturers say isn't a factor, but jeep tends to think it is.

Jeep's new wrangler has an optional winch, that Jeep worked with Warn to ensure airflow was not impeded to he grille in any way. Many bumper companies will say it doesn't make a difference, and to be fair, any difference is nominal, but, someone at jeep thought it mattered enough to put the effort in

Article excerpt below:

" This change was not made for the sake of a mere facelift. Instead, it's a functional outgrowth of a new factory-installed Warn winch that's now available—a first for the Wrangler. Though its lower profile has been tailored to fit the Wrangler, it nevertheless would have protruded up into the old grille's airflow. Warn and Jeep also collaborated on small changes required to pass Jeep's internal-performance and environmental-durability standards, including a reformulation of the winch's internal grease. For its part, Jeep made alterations to the support structure of the front bumper. The result: a fully crash-tested, factory-installed 8000-pound Warn winch you can add to any steel-bumper-equipped Rubicon model by checking a $1995 box on the order sheet."

My opinion? Youre fine to add your lights.
