New LE instrument panel screen stays on

20 miles on it and center cluster stays lit reading ‘press brake and start button to start’. Remains lit >2hrs after locking in garage. Anyone seen this? Moved keys far away, tried locking and unlocking, we’ll see if still on in the am. I recall that screen lighting up when trying to open doors locked on JLs so thinking it could be something with the remote keyless entry? Thx.

No, Android and don't think it would have been actively paired with the vehicle locked (guessing). Good news is I think I figured it out. Went out this AM and screen was dark and thinking about it more overnight, I was in the house downloading/playing with the Uconnect app before I went out to check something on the vehicle.....guessing I 'woke up' the vehicle via playing with the app (GPS locate function) just prior to checking on it and mistakenly presumed the screen had been on all night. Will update if I see it again but may be pilot error here.
