Passive entry installed, super easy took about an hour to do both doors.
I know people on here say that the passive entry is how these get stolen so easily, but I'm finding it hard to get used to not having it! Wish I could get your vid to play

Not sure how that could happen, you must have your keys with you in order to open. I uploaded the video from my PC not sure if that's the problem.

I think basically it's easier to clone the passive signal, but I've also seen in the news that the rolling code remotes have now been completely defeated, so I don't think it matters much.

The site seems sluggish today. Maybe it will play later

Got the panel and installed the USSpeedo gauge faces. After installing it took a little to get the tachometer to show anything close to the actual RPMs. Off now by like 100 rpms, and off by like .5 mph, I say that's good enough :)

Did the mileage sync ? Or did you have to program it ?

Infotainment set the miles for me when I purchased the cluster from them.

There is no good enough, with a tach, there is only exact.

If it was a manual I would agree, but I am also using JScan to see the live RPM reading which might not be perfect cause at idle it reads all over the place from 590-655, how else would you check to be exact?

They both are getting their data from the same source, the computer, they should be the same.

Correct, but you have to pull the needles out when replacing the gauge faces then reinstall per USSpeedo instructions. I noticed it is closer today when I was driving. Will try a different OBD tool to see what engine rpms are reading and compare to needle position. I was essentially setting the cruise control and comparing tach to JScan readout and digital speed to analog position. I am going to compare my JL tach to the JScan tool and see what that reads.

I did not know you had to adjust the needle, sorry, I did not understand the process of installing it.

No problem, just not as straight forward as they claim. I had the panel in and out like 10 times until I got it where it is.

One of my coworkers has some visual calibration tach thing. When he showed me, I thought it was just a run of the mill timing light. Put a white line on a pulley, point... but then the RPM popped up on the old LCD screen. He used to work in a gage lab, so he has lots of interesting items.

Some new additions. Added paddle shifters, Gator trifold cover, and n-fab steps (almost 40, need the assist!). Coated the n-fab steps with Satin black paint from Rust-Oleum (canyon black). This matched the color of the front bumper from Fab Fours. Usually coat all items with this paint as it has shown to be pretty durable if you degrease the surface and coat in thin coats. No pictures but Desert Does It seat jackers definitely make it more comfortable for long trips, so we are set to make the trip from PA to Daytona next month!
