I just purchased a 2026 JTR , I’ve been trying to shut off the automatic locks, after watching a few YouTube videos I have found that I don’t have that selection on the doors and locks section on my screen, my build date is 4/2026 . I’m kind of confused because everything I have watched on YouTube has that selection, has anyone else had the same issue ?

You can't find it because it doesn't exist. YouTube videos are often not accurate, especially if you're watching AI generated ones. I'd suggest reading your owner's manual.

It may be a change Jeep made for the 2026 model year or a software update that removed the user-accessible setting. My 2024 has the option, but I've seen a few reports of menu items moving around or disappearing after updates.
ou might check for any available Uconnect updates, and if it's still not there, ask the dealer. They may be able to confirm whether auto locks can still be disabled or if it's now locked in through the vehicle configuration.

It's nothing new nor changed. The owner's manual for every year the Gladiator has been produced contains the note that states the automatic door lock feature can only be disabled by the dealer.

If yours really does have a user-accessible setting in Uconnect to disable the autolock feature, please post up a picture of that on your radio screen and provide a detailed description of how to access that menu... we'd love to see it.
