Ok... let's start with the basics ? What year of Gladiator do you have ? Have you confirmed you have all the body wiring ? Some Gladiators do, some don't..... Check where the door harness is connected to the body.Again sorry, I had the interior carrier panels installed and the doors panels only. There anybody who has pictures of what I need
You said you have had all the door harnesses replaced. If so then you should the same number of wires on both sides of the connector "2" shown in the picture below.
IF you have the wiring, the locks are relatively easy. Windows... entirely different story I haven't puzzled through.
For the locks ... Did you have the latches replaced ? If not, you need the following:

Once that's done, you need to use something like JSCAN or AlphaOBD and program the BCM so it knows you have power locks. Again... lots of instructions for that kicking around including a few posts up from this.
Windows ...
Do you have the window up/down switches in the middle of the dash ? Do you know if if the wiring harness is there ?
If you don't have the wires at the door, and/or don't have the window wiring harness in the dash then this just got MUCH harder. You are adding pins to all the plugs, running wires back to the BCM etc....
