I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator where the interior drivers door switch for the locks and side mirrors does not work.
Key Fob works as expected.
Passenger Side Door Switch also works as expected.
Issue isolated to Drivers Door.
All interior lights and door chimes work too.
Doors have never been off with the exception of the rear passenger side for a door swap due to large dent.
I checked the mirror and door fuses which were fine and swapped them with another with no change.
I checked the wires going to the door connector and nothing pulls out and also disconnected the connector and did not observe any pins pushed in or mis aligned.

Any suggestions?
I would think the circuits are separate?

Sounds like it isn't plugged in or you have a broken wire somewhere.

Has this always been a problem?

Never been an issue before.
I do have 12V on each side of the fuse.
Not unplugged.
Strange that both impacted as I'd think the circuits are different.
Any idea what wire colors for each? Perhaps I can probe for pwr on the connector.
Using the passenger side door switch unlocks drivers side.
Mirrors do not work regardless.

Shake out the door harness while you activate the switch not working.

Could anyone confirm if there was a wire break in the drivers door harness, wouldn't the lock/unlock function on the key fob or the p-side switch not unlock the drivers side?

Xy620a is common to both the lock and the mirrors.

I've had the same problem on previous Jeeps, it was always a broken or pulled ground wire on the door harness either at the plug, or where the harness bends.

Kind of what the TSB says. He needs to hold the switch in question and shake, wiggle, pull and push that harness. Then fix the problem.

Better yet, if he doesn't have passive entry, maybe a good time to upgrade. Or even buy a used harness from someone that did the upgrade.

My 2025 had the same symptoms upon purchase, service dept removed drivers door panel and found the plug not fully seated.

I had this problem last year. Being that your doors have never been off, checking the pins is out.

Mine ended up being the wires in the harness on the door were frayed/broken. Peel back the wiring loom/wrap to the first bend in the harness. That's usually where the culprit is.

Hopefully this is the issue. It's a relatively simple fix. Pain in the ass as the interior door panel has to come off but it's pretty straightforward.

Edit: here' the write-up/video I used...https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/proximity-door-locks-retrofit-install-instructions-parts-links-on-jl-wrangler.49241/

Back in the day when the old Chevy Caprice Brougham elec windows quit, you could pop the armrest and take each switch and clean the contacts and it would fire right back up and down.
