Did you also replace the harnesses? I see all kinds things that need set via a programmer in the BCM as well:

ECUConfig 3: Power Door Locks Present: Yes
2014 CBC Config I/O & Feat.: Driver Door Lock Switch - Pin F15: Yes
2014 CBC Config I/O & Feat.: Passenger Door Lock Switch/Analog Spare Input #5 Present - Pin F16: Yes
2014 CBC Config I/O & Feat.: Manual Door Locks Present: No
CBC Config I/O: Power Mirror Feed Relay Control Present - Pin D12: Yes
Cust.Set.Menu 1: Auto Door Lock CSM Present: Yes
Cust.Set.Menu 1: Auto Door Unlock CSM Present: Yes
Cust.Set.Menu 1: Flash Lamps with Lock CSM Present: Yes

+ a bunch of other stuff. Then, your body side harness the door connects to would need those pins - F15 and F16 going to the BCM etc...

Anyone EVER done this successfully?

you seem to be offering an extremely slim amount of information about a highly complex procedure. What exactly did you replace?

Those are the last panels he will ever change.

it is my understanding that the doors for the sport and willys sport do not have the mechanisms inside them to motorize locks or windows. I believe the easiest route would be to replace the entire door (and some parts of the harness, and then tell the BCM that you have those features enabled). Someone who knows more than I can chime in and correct me.

all this plus the dash harness may not have the BCM pins wired to the door connector.

This is correct. I have a base Sport, and only have 3 or 4 wires on the vehicle side of the door harness, for the door trigger, and the little light in the door handle.

You'll also need the interior carrier plates (the piece behind the panels) and then the motors for the windows. The door latches also need to be replaced with the ones that have the electronic actuators in them. You would also need the windows switches for the center console and back of the armrest (so the people in the back seat can lower their windows). Likely you also need the switches for "lock/unlock" on the door panels as well.

IF your jeep as the full harness at the vehicle side of the doors then you need to reprogram the computer to know you have powered windows/doors.

I did the locks and was lucky to have all the wires at the door harness. But... as far as I can tell, I don't have the wiring harness behind the dash for the window switches so that would mean more custom harnesses .. and all the internals (inner/outer panels etc).

Whoops. I didn’t read the whole thread before I offered you up as a resource. :)

Jeep Gladiator Replace manual door panels with automatic panels and door locks are not working 1675125644062

Pictures won't help unless you are getting the parts from a salvage yard. You need a whole list of parts, part numbers, and so on.
You also need wiring, and you need to see if your truck is even equipped with the wires it needs.
You need more than pictures of parts.
I gotta ask - what made you think that replacing the panels and carriers would give you power locks and windows?

Also in one post you say you replaced panels and harnesses only and in another you said you replaced panels and carriers only.
Exactly what was replaced, by who and where did you get the parts?
Junk yard?
