No more status on JT order

Hi, My build sheet and window sticker has been found. I have not been able to find any other info or status on my order. My order does not even show up on tracking tool anymore.

If the window sticker is available that means the Jeep is fully assembled as I understand things. I'd reach out to your dealer re: shipping timetables.

My galdy has been built for a week now and still no build sheet or sticker. Hoping it shows up to dealer soon, but seeing the delays in shipping has me guessing no.

How do you know it's completed now without the build sheet or window sticker?

How do you know it's completed now without the build sheet or window sticker?
There are two options really:

1) Contact your salesman at the dealership with which you placed the order.

2) Launch a chat window with Jeep's customer care (https://fcacommunity.force.com/Jeep/apex/NAFTA_ContactCenterPreChat?endpoint=https://1l3m0.la3-c1-ph2.salesforceliveagent.com/content/s/chat?language=en_US&org_id=00Dj0000001qsDF&deployment_id=5723Z000000GxJV&sid=fae4e004-08c2-4321-8edd-ecc43e2cb693#deployment_id=5723Z000000GxJV&org_id=00Dj0000001qsDF&button_id=5733Z000000Gzn3&session_id=fae4e004-08c2-4321-8edd-ecc43e2cb693) - You will need some information pertinent to you and your order. They should be able to give you some information.

Option 1 is usually better in what I've read.

Thanks, I used option 2 got back the info I needed. It is in the shipping stage, maybe 1-2 weeks out!
