Looking to see if any others have had this issue? 2020 JTR with just over 14,000 miles, started it up and ran a little rough at first and had had no reading on engine temp gauge. Shut it off then restarted moment later and temp gauge started working but engine light came on. checked codes and hade P0300 misfire and P0116 ECT range. Reset/cleared codes drove about 1200 miles and same issue happened again but with P0117 ECM code for no voltage at temp sensor. Restarted engine several times but still no temp gauge working, checked engine seen nothing wrong and had to drive get home. after about 700 miles gauge started working and has stayed working for another 500 miles and engine light cleared its self. If anyone has any insight on this and which sensor may be causing this would be helpful. Thanks

I would start with the coolant temp sender which is installed in the plastic thermostat housing on the front of the engine. Disconnect and inspect the connector terminals and reinstall and then wiggle the wires while monitoring the temp gauge to see if there is a connection issue and go from there.
