I credit the rubicon rock rails I added to not being hurt. If you look the front the bolt sheared off. grade 10.9, proves the guy who hit me was speeding, bent the rail back into the body like 3 inches and almost a foot at the very front of the rail! All damage was low. Gladiator was a stock sport [no lift]

Hopefully you are OK. The insurance will total your JT most likely. Get a lawyer and go after the other guy. Company vehicle and no license. A lawyer's wet dream.
Totaled, yes Every Lawyer I have spoken to only wants me to fall on the ground and scream MY BACK!!!! Personal injury is all anyone cares about.

Not being an ass but from personal experiences that can be something you needed to be checked out afterwards. In a few of the times I have been stuck in vehicles, I should have went to hospital to be checked out. The first time my XJ was hit it was by city employee driving under the influence a city truck, I was stopped waiting for traffic light to change behind multiple vehicles. Second time was in Savannah GA the driver had a suspended license and no insurance coverage, ect. The driver should have been arrested and vehicle towed to impound lot. State law requirements at the time. I heard that one coming and was prepared for the impact. Head back on headrest relaxed and foot holding brakes solidly. My vehicle didn't move on impact. The prior one was a substantial impact moving my vehicle a good distance and fairly good amount of damages.
Many times injuries don't show up immediately it can be days after or longer.

100% this ☝.

I was hit by a car while on a motorcycle, Thought I was fine, found out I broke my elbow in two places.

Thought that was it, then noticed I was losing posture due to soft tissue damage. My rehab took 2 years.

That's all you get paid for, the value of a truck is already quantified, injuries are a bit tougher.
