Remember when pumps could not register over 99 cents! The price on dial was HALF the cost !
In the early 70's. I worked at a gas station in high school. Had fun there when the gas shortage was going on. We had one guy collecting money, one pumping the gas, and the owner standing guard with a shotgun. We had fist fights daily. 10 gallons was the most you could buy. The days we got a gas shipment. I would take my dad's car to work and it was the first to fill up. The perps of working there. LOL I had free gas for my motorcycle. After we closed at 10 pm. I would drain all the hoses into the gas tank of my bike. It would be about 2 gallons.

Ha draining the hose. When we were high school we got stranded late at night and low on gas. over 100 miles from home. Back then when stations closed pumps were off. Fortunately we were on a little 175 Honda and by draining little bits from hose.

I'm coming to your house for dinner.

Been wanting to get a smoker. Just don't know which one. Electric or propane? Pellet or something else?

I use a pellet smoker for brisket and Boston Butts since they take many hours to cook properly.
I use a traditional charcoal smoker for everything else.
