At the power plant. We had an steel acid line plug up from not being used for a while. So management decided to use plastic piping to replace it. The plastic piping was like $32 a foot x 1,200ft ($38,400). Every joint was plastic welded, every 10 ft. That was the first time I welded plastic. That line lasted about 5 yrs before it had to be replaced.OK now you officially suck damn it.
Years ago we had Bill the welder BG&T doing all our bike frames. ThenhHe found weldling plastic injection tooling under stereo microscope payed way better than welding out bike frames! Funny thing was it was me who took him the first broken die job.
