I grew up riding these several times most summers. They have gone through many rounds of modernization and safety upgrades since then. They still exist, but only run one limited route due to dune rehab project. Back then, a good driver on the Daredevil route had people soaking wet, screaming and puking. Any other fans of Mac’s (or Bill’s) on here?

Studebaker Champ truck or, Lark. Slightly modified. There used to be a debate on who used that grill first. Studebaker, or Mercedes. Love them Study’s. My very first vehicle was a 1950 2r5 pickup.

Is it possible that one of these still exist somewhere in pristine shape today? It’s the ugliest most beautiful damn vehicle I’ve seen!
