This was the way - XBM added to vehicle configuration by dealer service manager. This was on a 2026 Willys '41 (also Automatic).Looking at a 2020 Automatic Gladiator I can see that there are 2 options for the RF Hub and only 1 is optioned to have remote start

There may be newer/other years where Jeep used the same RF hub for both, This may be why we are hearing of mixed results.
Please let me know if you have any other questions at this time.
Thank you,
- Benny
Weird I have XBM added to mine a long time ago and I don't have the remote start option in the App.... did they have to do anything else, maybe there was a update to the back end or something...This was the way - XBM added to vehicle configuration by dealer service manager. They did tell me it was forwarded to the "back end team" because apparently they were the only ones who could make the actual change to allow it to work in the app.Weird I have XBM added to mine a long time ago and I don't have the remote start option in the App.... did they have to do anything else, maybe there was a update to the back end or something...
That's awesome that you were able to get it working! What were the helpful instructions from @AllMoparParts.com ?So with the helpful instruction of @AllMoparParts.com and the assistance of my local dealer's service manager to add the correct code to the vehicle settings, it now works.
Note that I had a bit of a glitch with the app - probably unrelated - that caused me to have to remove and reinstall the app which resulted in it losing the remote start option again. This was solved by call to Connected Services where they looked at the vehicle configuration, verified that it "should be" working, but had to forward the issue to the "back end team" to get it reenabled again.
Am a happy camper now - just hope it sticks!
