In WV we have one of the highest rates already and they keep raising it. Insurance is a scam.

And having worked with the industry before, I'd also suggest that many drivers are a scam - scamming insurance companies and more. (just look at some of the posts in these forums suggesting exactly that it's ok to cheat the insurance company - and who pays? I do! )

It's about time those of us who don't cheat get our break and get separated out from those who do cheat the systems. I'm tired of paying for some of the others out there.
IMO. those who keep smashing things up and driving like idiots are as much a problem. Put them in their own group and let them pay their own rates.

I couldn't agree more. Why should we bear the load for those who abuse. The last thing I had happen was over 6 to 8 yrs ago . I live next a small rural town that has a river running through it. And I smacked a mirror off a telephone pole that was literally 2 inches from road edge and I didn't see it because of super dense fog rising off the river. I was trying to get to work.. imagine that right. Paying for someone else's pleasure sounds awfully familiar doesn't it ? I paid for that little incident . Now I have 4 drivers on my insurance. You would not believe what I pay. I just want a picture of all the people besides my own clan that I am helping out on yet another big ponzi scheme so I can put them on my refrigerator and look at them each day in admiration.
