Just installed a set of the no halo Oracle fogs with plug and play harness. They have 12 V at the plug but the lights aren’t coming on. Am I missing a step or are they defective?

Did you test the fogs on a battery?

If you have a set, it would be very strange for both to be bad? How are you determining you have power at the plug?

Just to ask, you have them wired to the aux switches, or using another switch set up?

Voltmeter shows 12v at plug feeding lights. I have not direct connected to a battery yet. Plan to check that tomorrow.

Are you using the "Plug & Play" adapters?

The 9005 plug side on the "Plug & Play" adapters can be plugged in either way. Commonly, this can be plugged in backwards. Try unplugging and rotating those 180 then plugging back in.

I figured it out. When I was checking voltage last night, I didn’t think to verify polarity. Had the PSX24W end of the plug and play harness reversed. All good now. Lights work and look good.
