Order of installing batteries?

I'm changing both batteries. Is there a specific order in installing? Should I install aux first? Or does it really matter? And yes @ShadowsPapa I've charged both batteries before installing

No just have negatives disconnected ( the bundle at the main battery neg post, and the fender ground strap ). Wrap in rags and isolate.

After pos and neg are connected to Aux posts, mount and button it up. Tighten main holddown, attach pos. Fasten fender ground strap, finally attach main neg 'bundle' to main neg post. There will be a spark. Ignore it.

Installed.
