I bought from Airpark, and it was like the movie Fargo. No reason whatsoever for car buying to still be done that way.

Just came across this thread and requested a quote from Ruston. Appreciate the recommendation.

Last month I stopped by Airpark to test drive a Gladiator when the thought first popped up. And I don’t care what they offer I wouldn’t buy from them. The sales guy was absolutely clueless. Even tried to tell me there isn’t a diesel Gladiator. And then kept trying to convince me to come back the next day when their appraiser was available to check my truck. Even with my insistence I only wanted to test drive and couldn’t buy yet due to buying a house.
The final straw is they “lost” my drivers license to keep me there longer. Zero time for that kind of garbage.

Worst dealer in the valley. Too bad— they were great until 2015 or so.

I ordered my Gladiator from Earnhardt’s in Gilbert. Great to deal with and understand Jeeps and the differences between them and other brands. Remi was a great salesman and knows Jeep Wranglers and Gladiators and Justin helped me order the exactly what I wanted and did not try and selling me on anything else. He took the time making sure I knew all of the different available options and what I got or could not get with each change in packages. It was a great experience and the tax rate here in the Phoenix area is one of the lowest. The Jeep dealer by my house would have had to collect $800 more in taxes on the same sale.
