The front bumpers on these JL/JTs in general are tougher than they look. I saw a guy with a regular Sport bumper who had hit a deer at 70 MPH. It bent the end of the bumper around, loosened the fender clips, and scratched the driver side door a bit (I assume as the deer spun down the side of the Jeep) but that was about it. It all looked very easily fixable at a body shop.

If you climb under your jeep and take a look - Behind the fascia of the bumper - Its almost a traditional - CJ, YJ, TJ C channel bumper not quite straight but it is a solid piece. -

All fixed. Looks great. The body shop would only give me back the old warn bar and not the rest of old parts though... Any body want a slightly scratched low warn bar for the stock steel bumper.. make you a good deal...
